MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
NB: Please Note, this offer is only one year Contract
HND Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification or any related qualification with at least 3 years work experience
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Ability to lead Mechanical Maintenance Team
- Ability to carry out day-to-day planned maintenance schedules on plant Machinery and equipment
- Ability to project valuation and time frame
- Ability to carry out routine inspection and repairs on production equipments
- Ability to carry out Mechanical installation of machines/equipments
- Ability to interpret Mechanical engineering drawings including gear box
- Ability to identify faults and repair water and hydraulic pumps
- Ability to work on overhead cranes and hoists
- Ability to troubleshoot all mechanical faults on production equipments
- Ability to organize mechanical spare parts

QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
Minimum of Diploma or HND in Laboratory Technician with at least 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment or similar field.
• Check the quality of products produced
• Provide information with regards to any machine that is running
• Test the product according to the test requirement for the particular product and record all such test results on the appropriate quality control records.
• Ability to write production report
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Timely release of information
• Timely submission of work
• Task completed as instructed and quality of work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

CHILLER TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION
HND Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent qualification or any related qualification with at least 3 years work experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Ability to inspect and maintain chillers and associated systems
- Ability to carry out day-to-day planned maintenance schedules on Ciller Machinery and equipment
- Ability to project valuation and time frame
- Ability to carry out routine inspection and repairs and ensure that equipment are running efficiently and safely
- Ability to carry out chiller installation of machines/equipments
- Ability to identify and adjust system temperature
- Ability to prepare reports and log maintenance activated
